• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our in-house property management system.
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and cancellations with accuracy and speed.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with front desk operations, including housekeeping requests and special accommodations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Familiarity with property management systems, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
