📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough quality control checks on IT projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications and business requirements.
• Monitor project implementation progress and provide timely feedback to project managers and developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Document project processes, test cases, and quality control results using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project timelines and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project management and quality assurance.
• Support the implementation of IT solutions by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance standards.
