📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including forklifts and other equipment, to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
• Plan and manage your own route and schedule, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload goods at warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and any incidents.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Logistics Driver or similar role.
• Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you will be operating.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past 3 years.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and loading heavy goods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
