📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage our social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to improve our strategies.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
