📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to sales teams.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales management tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of the retail or distribution industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
