📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of retail staff, providing training, support, and motivation.
  • Ensure that all retail stores comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
  • Ensure that all retail stores are stocked with the correct merchandise and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversee the delivery and installation of new merchandise.
  • Ensure that all retail stores are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
