Warung Sari Kitchen is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team in Ubud. We are a family-owned restaurant that offers a unique dining experience with a focus on traditional Indonesian cuisine. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in teaching our staff the art of cooking and serving traditional Indonesian dishes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Teach and train staff members on the techniques and recipes of traditional Indonesian cuisine.,Develop and implement a training program to ensure consistent quality of food and service.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of staff members and provide feedback.,Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that encourages staff development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary industry.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure that the training program aligns with the restaurant's goals and objectives.,Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Teacher or instructor in a culinary or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian language.
