📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
  • Create and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees during training.
  • Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall training strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of training software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing training needs and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
