📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent service and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
