📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on environmental and safety performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all EHS activities and incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in EHS management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS roles within the construction industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, such as ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in using EHS software and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
