Using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace, you will streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee development.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align workforce with business goals.
• Recruit and hire top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
