Urban Hub Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who is passionate about human resources and committed to supporting our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a keen understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
