📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role.,Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
