📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for various roles within the company.
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for engineering and technical positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.
• Assist in HR operations, including employee relations and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with training and development methodologies.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
