📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and assignments to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure that fleet resources are aligned with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
