Fast Silver Abadi is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
