Port Market Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
  • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.

    <li>Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).</li><li>Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).</li><li>Experience with financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and processes.</li>
