📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Ensure that all event logistics are in place, such as seating arrangements, catering, and decorations.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything is ready for the event.,Coordinate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and to the clients' satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the event.,Work closely with the senior banquet staff to learn and develop new skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in event planning or banquet services is a plus but not required.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
