Rejeki Indra Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer recommendations and company policies.,Oversee the driver's schedule, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and report on fleet costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service for fleet maintenance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team in logistics and transportation planning.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
