📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating suppliers.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
