📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and providing technical advice to senior management.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Continuously improving processes and implementing best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
