In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
