📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and processes,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus
