📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials to meet operational needs

Monitor and analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures

Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field

Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work well in a team environment

Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
