Astra Life Insurance is looking for a Professional Financial Consultant to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and solutions to our clients, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients,Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products,Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultations,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide the best advice,Conduct financial planning workshops and seminars,Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies,Provide training and support to junior consultants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial consulting or a related field,Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Valid insurance license or certification (preferred but not required),Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
