IRIS Jaya is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Manage and maintain logistics documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Ability to travel domestically as needed.
