📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational excellence.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
