📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct failure analysis on electronics and RF components to identify root causes of defects and failures.,Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of products.,Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques for failure analysis.,Maintain and update failure analysis procedures and documentation.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics and RF technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis, particularly in electronics and RF components.,Proven track record of successfully resolving complex technical issues.,Strong knowledge of electronics and RF components, including their design, manufacturing, and testing.,Proficiency in using failure analysis tools and equipment such as SEM, TEM, FTIR, and XRF.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
