Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, including LSS, BESS, and C&I projects.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members to ensure high performance and professional development.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.,Proven experience in managing LSS, BESS, and C&I projects.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, Agile, and PRINCE2.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
