Sentral Maya Computer is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
