📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of technical writing tools and processes.,Participate in training and development programs for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or other technical products.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
