📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Develop and present sales forecasts and budgets to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the advertising industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
