📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the executive team.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping using SAP and other financial software.
• Lead financial planning and analysis processes to drive business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
