🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and workplace dynamics.,Professional certification in Psychology is a plus.
