📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide psychological support and counseling to employees.,Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.,Develop and implement mental health and wellness programs.,Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and issues.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in industrial and organizational psychology.,Provide training and workshops on mental health and well-being to employees.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee psychological assessments and interventions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and workplace dynamics.,Professional certification in Psychology is a plus.
